At Spark, we believe that we are fortunate to be in a position to help others in achieving their goals. Gratitude is an essential component of every thing we do.  Our charitable foundation, Spark Forward, focuses on local people and issues and is solely funded by contribution from our agents from their commissions.

 

Our partners also own a professional training and mentoring company, The Pathfinder Institute (we are the agents that train other agents), and we teach that giving back is part of the foundation of success, not a result of it - and we put our time where our mouth is.

Through Pathfinder, we donate leadership or personal growth programs (free of charge) to at-risk youth, the economically challenged, veterans, and to schools/teachers that could use a little something extra for their kids.
