AGENCY & COMMISSIONS

Company does not recognize or offer sub-agency arrangements without a prior written agreement. Company does not cooperate on commission payments to unlicensed persons or entities. Company does not cooperate with brokers licensed outside the State of Utah unless proper verification of one of the following is provided: (1) a valid Utah reciprocity license, (2) a Utah temporary practice permit, or (3) a written referral agreement legally recognized under Utah law.

In limited circumstances, and subject to full disclosure, proof of legal representation, and prior written agreement, attorneys licensed to practice in Utah may be eligible to participate in commission arrangements as permitted under applicable Utah law and Division of Real Estate rules.
